Jennifer Solomon

Jennifer was an absolute whirlwind when it came to getting things done! She answered every call and text quickly and was always on top of every detail throughout the entire process. She expertly guided us through selling both our home and Airbnb business and then purchasing our new home—all within less than 60 days! Thanks to Jennifer's knowledge and guidance, we received full asking price for our home. Jennifer truly knows the market, and we learned very quickly that we could trust her instincts and advice. She navigated every step of both transactions with professionalism, responsiveness, and incredible attention to detail. She really was wonderful to work with, and we are so grateful to have had her in our corner during such a busy and important time. We highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a realtor who knows the market, works tirelessly for her clients, and gets things done!

Jennifer knows the local area well and is very knowledgeable. She fought hard for our best interests and got us a good deal in the selling of our mom’s house. She guided us through every step of the process and answered all our questions. She was alway there if we needed her. If you want a trustworthy agent who truly cares we strongly recommend Jennifer Solomon!

Jen was wonderful to work with. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, made recommendations for a lender and other service providers since I was not from the area, and was able to help make the home buying process super smooth. Jen made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way and was so helpful with communicating with the seller's agent, home inspector, lender, and setting up the closing meeting. I felt confident I was making a good purchase and highly recommend her!
