We had the privilege of working with Tonya Baudek to purchase our new home. Not only is she knowledgeable and trustworthy, her consistent communication made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire home buying process. Tonya went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion to find answers to our questions or address our concerns. You can tell that she is passionate about real estate and helping people find their dream home. So grateful to have met her. We cannot thank her enough!

I have had the pleasure of working with Tonya multiple times in the past and what I can tell you is that she’s the real deal! She is both sincere and passionate about her Buyers and their needs. She is authentic and professional. She has great negotiating skills and product knowledge. If you’re looking for a great realtor, she’s your girl!!

Awesome experience. Tonya went above and beyond to help us navigate the purchase of our new condo. She exceeded our expectations in every way.
