I can’t overstate how awesome and how much effort Coach Mason and his team at TSD Athletes are. My two son’s are going on their 3rd year of working with TSD Athletes. The amount of gains they have made in all facets of fitness and athletic ability have been nothing less than amazing. You won’t find another group of Coaches that truly care about you child and is as dedicated to giving them the tools to Go Get Em!
One of the best sport trainers in Florida for youth and pro levels. TSD is very experienced in getting your athlete to the next level! My kid has been training for 2 years and we are locked in for life.
I train here 3 days a week. The staff is great. The trainers (Sam, Dwight, and Ronnie) really care about your progress and overall well being. They train almost all ages. Sports primarily being football and basketball. They don't ask you to do anything that they aren't willing or capable of doing themselves, and they often do the workouts with us. Very affordable and their program actually works.
Hands down best training in town! We have been with the guys for 4 years. The techniques they teach are on point. Our son is now a freshman in high school and was definitely prepared for varsity football. Love them!
