I never leave negative reviews, but after years of loyalty and support, I feel obligated to be honest for the benefit of other customers. I started seeing Riley years ago when she worked at another salon. I consistently encouraged and supported her decision to open her own business and was an extremely loyal client throughout that time, including tipping very generously, often 50-60% of the service cost, because I genuinely wanted to support her success. Unfortunately, once the new salon opened, the quality of the work became increasingly inconsistent. I repeatedly had nails break within 24-48 hours of appointments, which is simply unacceptable considering the prices charged and the fact that I was a longtime returning client. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of responsiveness afterward. Messages about broken nails often went unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored after spending significant money and showing years of loyalty. The most disappointing part, however, was discovering that she had apparently been openly complaining about me inside the salon, both in English and Vietnamese, in front of staff and others. As a local professional woman, that experience was honestly mortifying. No paying client should feel talked about or mocked in the very business they helped support. I understand that owning a business is stressful, and no one expects perfection. But professionalism, discretion, accountability, and basic customer service should still exist, especially toward long-term clients who supported you from the beginning. I genuinely wanted to continue supporting her business, but between the declining quality, broken nails within days, lack of communication, and uncomfortable atmosphere, I ultimately decided I could no longer return.
I was looking for a nail salon that had killer designs and this place had beautiful work from their photos, so I decided to give them a try. I called ahead and someone set me up with an appointment. I got my gel pedicure and gel x set from Kelly. She was so sweet! I couldn't find the color I wanted for my toes, but I showed her a pic and she came back with that exact one! I also had a design done on my nails. She took her time and really made sure to be thorough with the image I gave her of what I wanted. She followed the patterns down to the finest detail. Absolutely marvelous nail tech. Everything was under $200 and the atmosphere was clean, and felt like luxury. I would definitely come back. Thank you, again!😊
If you’re looking to get nails that look like they cost hundreds of dollars and would only see on Pinterest or social media, this is the place. Still cannot believe I have the nails of my dreams right now. Kim was AMAZING! So sweet, SO talented, and gave me exactly what I asked for. They actually came out better than the reference picture I gave her. This was my first time going to this nail salon so they gave me a big free body lotion and gift card for my next visit. I rarely ever write reviews for places, good or bad, and I’m telling you this was by far the best nail salon I’ve been to, and the best nail tech/artist I’ve ever had. I’ve been to nail salons all over Jacksonville and have had problems in the past with getting the exact shape I asked for or the exact design I want. Not here. This salon completely changed the game for me, they are by far the best priced with the highest quality and level of intricacy of their designs. They can do literally any nails you want, from super simple to crazy detailed with hand-painted or even hand-scuplted designs. I also got gel-x for the first time and it didn’t hurt like I was warned it would, I think because Kim did them with such care and attention to detail. They’ve held up better than any nails I’ve ever gotten as well. These are absolutely my favorite nails I’ve ever had and I actually cannot wait to come back.

The quality is amazing, the attention to detail is unmatched, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and they made sure everything was perfect. Visit was 2/25/26 first visit there. I had originally booked the appointment with anyone available at 4:45p. I booked a pedicure, acrylic nail removal with a new set and eyebrow waxing. I was greeted and checked in, the woman who checked me in confirmed my services, and Immediately taken to the pedicure chair. I was advised that the tech who got assigned was finishing up another client and would be with me shortly. The water was HOT! But for someone who works 70-75 hrs a week between two jobs it felt amazing! I waited maybe 10-15 minutes? But I was in my own world enjoying the massage chair and foot soaking. Kelly greeted me, offered a drink and confirmed my services with me personally. She began with my acrylic removal first ; drilled off what she could followed by putting acetone cotton balls on my fingers wrapped each finger then placed a glove over. I was actually still able to use my phone with no issues. They have a pretty big color selection that I had a hard time choosing! Pedicure went great she applied good pressure! Once done we moved over to start on my nails. I explained to Kelly o wanted French tips with the ring fingers fully painted and 1 design on one finger sharp square design. While conversing I had made mention that I wanted to eventually do overlays vs tips once my nails were long enough i personally prefer overlays. Kelly took that comment and ran with it! We did an overlay sharp square! I fell in love with my nails even before the polish was done (my previous set I was very disappointed with). I like that the tables have the wide hand/arm stand/rest with phone holder I was able to watch one piece while she worked her magic . I love that the ladies do take pictures of their work for every client once done. The waxing area is in a private room which I loved. The music was great had a good selection from 2000s hip hop , r&b , pop. I was very satisfied with all the services requested. I just booked my next appointment almost over a month later due to work and my nails still get compliments, no lifting , cracking or chips
