Silver was amazing. I’ve had my nails done by people before that do a good job, but she really takes the time to learn and understand the best ways to do the nails. They turned out amazing. One of her customers came in with to daughters and showed me the nails Silver did a month ago and they still looked fabulous. She is as sweet as you can get as well. Great experience.

Yeah I don't have any manly reviews on a nail place. It's probably kind of risky. But I will tell you this place is great when you come in you get seated right away I have the same Nail Tech every time she's wonderful. The owners very attentive she always comes and checks on everyone when they come in the feeling of being a friend not just a client. So if you're looking for a great place to do some really amazing and important self-care highly recommend this place

The owner is telling people who leave bad reviews they are leaving a review at the wrong location. This review is for the location on St. John’s bluff rd I know which location I went to. I advise everyone to not go. They have terrible customer service and most of their people do not know how to do nails properly. I specifically told the lady who did my nails I needed a gel polish that would match my dip nails. She did my toes then AFTER I sat down to get my nails done they told me that she gave me the wrong color search. I ended up with a red that doesn’t match my toes at all. On top of that it’s shaped poorly and the red is peeling in some places. I just got this done 4 hours ago. I called and they refused to do it with a color that better matches unless I pay more. I asked if she could soak it off and refund me to which they also told me no. I will never be returning to this location after today. I told Lisa I was going to leave a google review and she stated she was going to call and tell google to remove the review. She also refused to let me speak to the owner.

Came back for second time! I have been in Jacksonville looking for a good pedicure for almost 3 years! So glad I finally found you! The technician took great care of my toes. You can see and feel the intention of care and service. She really got my cracks and crevices! Ask for Lee/Ly! Feeing very grateful.
