Total Hair Experience Salon

Horrible experience!!! My wife and mother-in-law had an issue with someone mixing up their appointment times. I called to figure this out while they were still at the salon. Their stylist left for the day and the guy I was attempting to speak with was nothing but rude about the situation!!! I tried to explain to him that I confirmed appointment times 1 or 2 hours earlier but he only wanted to talk over me. He was so argumentative and his tone was so unprofessional! I did nothing wrong and was not disrespectful. There were no other customers in there but still refused to help them. I told him I was done talking to him because he was only going in circles and being unprofessional. He then told my wife and mother-in-law to leave. I have been going there for maybe 2 years and I have never had an issue. This may have been the owner but I do NOT appreciate being talked down to!!! He has never been my stylist but I will NOT be returning due to this man being so disrespectful. I'm truly appalled by his behavior and would give NO STARS if I could!!!!

PLEASE DON’T COME HERE I never write reviews, however, my sister and I were treated very badly. I took my little sister here to get a balayage for her birthday. We showed the stylist (Patrick) what we want and when he was finished. I realized the color of the hair did not change at all, it was still brown. He said once we go outside it will be more noticeable, so I trusted him and I left. As soon as we left, we realized that it’s still brown. We came back 20 minutes later and he refused to fix her hair or refund us anything. So basically, I paid $400 to bleach my sister’s hair and make it brown again.

Haley saved us when we were in a pinch because we had already wasted 2 hours waiting at a kids salon across the street for my Daughter to get a braid and bun for a wedding. She was fast and did a great job being patient with my daughter.

You ever go to a hair stylist and ask them for their opinion only to receive the vague response, "What ever you want, sweetie." UGH, it's the worst! I'm so glad I found T.H.E because that NEVER happens. They are professionals and will help you decide on the hair color or style that's best for you. My two favorite stylists are Bryan McSweeney and Alexis Collins but I'm sure any stylist at T.H.E will not disappoint. These guys work as a team, I've seen two hairstylists work together on picking the right color and style for a costumer; not because the stylist was inexperienced, they were able to combine their knowledge to the benefit of the costumer.
