Timothy did an awesome job and was very friendly and very informative. He took the time to explain to my wife and I how to operate the power transfer switch and we appreciated that very much.👍🏾

Top notch company! It's rare to see a business so professional, honest & prompt! ( My brother, who had a new AC unit installed by Thompson, brags about your company so much)! So naturally, when we had an issue with our AC, we got your # & my opinion is great as well. Communication was straight-forward. Technician was very respectful, thorough & to the point & explained everything he saw may need to replace etc.
My Generac Generator failed to transfer power back to utility after a power outage in our neighborhood leaving us without electricity at 11pm on a Saturday night. Thompson Electric was the only company with a person answering the phone Sunday morning. Mike followed through on all promises for prompt service and Wayne restored our electricity and resolved the generator issue. Professional, courteous service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Thompson Electric.
Wonderful people who run their business with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. We are sincerely grateful from the bottom of our hearts for their outstanding service. A very special thank you to Mr. Fred and Ms. Donna for their kindness and dedication. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!
Ive used Thompson several times for my home electric repairs for over 15 years! Professional, reliable and friendly. Always do a great job!
