Really great service. I went through Samsung to get my out of warranty tv repaired and the company they recommended wanted $140 just to come look at it and nothing else. I decided to Google my own and found this company. I contacted him on 8/13 and he came out the next day on 8/14 to diagnose my tv. He does charge to come out but he applies that payment to the total bill to repair, which is better than the Samsung recommended. I had no problem paying it because my tv was very very expensive. He diagnosed it in a few minutes and orders the parts and gave me a reasonable quote to repair, and I was relieved expecting it to be much more. He ordered the part and it arrived on 8/19 and came out the next day to install it. Everything worked great and he helped me remount it. Very happy I was able to find him. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a tv repaired. Very nice guy. Obviously I hope I don't have to get another tv repaired but if I do, I know where I'm going.

I called Advance Electronic Tech Thursday morning, and he was able to come by Thursday afternoon. He checked my TV and diagnosed the problem as the motherboard. He told me that the board and installation would cost almost what a new TV would cost. He suggested I get a new TV instead. Plus, since the stop was on his way home, he did not charge me a service fee. Kind, thoughtful, and generous—this is who I will call for any electronic issues in my home.
Ulysses is the best in the business. He shows superb technical competence, outstanding customer service and delivers consistently commendable results in all aspects of TV repair jobs.
Excellent service we received this week. Fast and on time. We had 2 televisions out at the same time and these guys handled it by diagnostic test and also gave me the option to fix it or just buy a new one. We will always use this company.
