Avalon Heating and Air +Electrical services

Oleg and Denys did an excellent job, were very friendly and worked very hard to get the job done. We had to switch gears in the middle of the project and Ben the account manager was very helpful in getting our issue resolved. The weather was awful but they persevered and made it happen and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend Avalon Heating and Air!

AC Unit Installation: Truly exceptional service and installation. I had an air handler in the attic replaced and the team was able to remove the old unit and install the new one looking as if no-one had been there. You can tell they were there by the excellent cooling it is providing. Huge thank you to Lead Project Manager Ruben Mustavo and Lead Installer, Oleg Khrapichuk. Truly an exceptional team and installation! Huge shout out to Victor, the owner that personally followed-up to ensure the installation had exceeded expectations.

We were desperate to have our 8 year old air conditioner diagnosed and repaired as local companies did not even return calls. We have been waiting in Ponte Vedra Beach for 2 months to get a response. Our realtor friend suggested we contact Avalon. Angie from Avalon scheduled the appointment for the next day. Serge diagnosed the issues and we approved the quote which he started repairs immediately. We required a compressor which they pointed out was covered by warranty and installed it the next day. All throughout the 2 day process they kept us updated with calls and emails. Reliable, detail oriented, professional, quality repairs and friendly customer service. Highly recommend this company! Will use Avalon again for our 4 rental units.

Dennis and Oleg showed up on time. Finished early and were very polite, pleasant and easy to work with. They cleaned up and left no mess! Job well done!
