We had an incredible experience with Chelsea Bloom. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable she was on all of the insurance coverages our HOA needed including some we were missing. All of our policies have been moved to Thompson Baker specifically because Chelsea was friendly, able to provide quick and detailed advice and made the entire process of moving our policies over and shopping for new quotes for our review as easy as possible. Chelsea made the difference and we will recommend other groups to reach out to Chelsea Bloom in the near future!
I would recommend Thompson Baker, and our commercial account manager Brooke Moore, to any local businesses, small or large! As a home builder, making sure we have proper coverage in place is crucial. Brooke helped us secure a general liability policy & worker's comp insurance, and is always on the ball and makes sure our policies are up to date. She is quick to respond, professional, kind, and makes sure to explain any details that may be confusing. We've placed other real estate-related policies with her as well in the past when no other agencies were able to help us. If you are looking for business insurance of any kind, you will be in great hands at TB!
