In August 2025 we came home from work one afternoon to discover a pipe leak that originated upstairs in our daughter’s bedroom, above the garage. We called a plumber immediately and through the repair process found extensive water damage that resulted in the demo of our entire upstairs, stairwell, and a portion of our garage. During the demo and water remediation process, we also discovered our roof, which was replaced in 2001 through an insurance claim, had not been properly installed, resulting in further damage to our home. We wound up with 2 separate homeowners insurance claims, with 2 separate insurance companies. Adam Vining with River City Claims guided us through this extremely stressful and complex process.
