Vicky and St Johns Title did an excellent job on a recent closing for my buyer. They were organized, prepared and communicated tremendously throughout the closing process. I would definitely recommend them for title work in the future.
Rachel at St. John’s Title was absolutely incredible to work with. This transaction had several challenges, and honestly, if it wasn’t for her dedication and persistence, the file would not have closed. She truly saved the deal. Rachel went above and beyond every step of the way, even sending emails well after work hours to make sure everything stayed on track and that we made it to the closing table. Her communication, professionalism, and commitment to her clients are unmatched. I can’t recommend Rachel and the St. John’s Title team enough. If you want someone who genuinely cares and will do whatever it takes to get your deal closed, she is the one you want on your side.
Highly recommend! Absolutely the most efficient and on-the-ball title company I have ever worked with! Vicky coordinated the myriad details between us (sellers) and the buyer’s agent, was quick to answer questions and clarify details…she also helped ensure that my survey was completed timely (complicated story)…and she’s a delight to work with. Rachel conducted the closing with super efficiency, enabling buyers and seller to pre-sign and ensuring receipt of funds on official closing day.
Everyone was awesome- Ruthanne & Vicky made this closing super smooth. The sellers had some hiccups but St Johns Title was able to pivot great !!!! Everyone on the buyers side was super impressed!!!! Great job
Andy is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things clearly without making it complicated. In a field like real estate, having someone you can trust makes all the difference, and he definitely is someone who truly cares about doing things the right way for his clients. Highly recommended!!
