The Wellness Hub

I came into The Wellness Hub after a week of serious back/neck/head pain. Bradley was great. He sat down with me, and we discussed how I was feeling and the best treatment. It was refreshing to go somewhere for relief and not be rushed through. He than gave me a pain relieving massage and I feel so much better today. Thank you Bradley and The Wellness Hub! I will definitely be back!

I found this place after researching, and had my first visit a few days ago. They're happy to receive feedback -- Kendra, the co-owner, texted today to ask about my experience and if they could have done anything better. I love it there; the ambiance is comfortable and calming. I booked Jenny for my massage, and she was great, too. Everyone I spoke with has been friendly, helpful, and professional.

I had a 90 mins massage with Tania. The pressure was great, never having to ask her to adjust. She was really good and I would return back to see her. I did not give 5 stars because of atmosphere. I was in the room upstairs in far left corner opposite of bathrooms that has another room to right. Thanks to Jordyn's review I was able to get photo to show my room. The rooms have names I just didn't notate it. There was some ac box, fan, or humidifier like device in the room that I heard humming the whole time, for some people that maybe relaxing but for me I got fixated on it. The soothing music was faintly heard over that fan or hum. I actually heard the music best in bathroom which may have been from room next to it or on overhead speaker system that was more audible outside room without fan. Also the room was bright due to a window. This was not a factor until face up which Tania was nice and gave me a eye pillow/mask to counteract once I mentioned it. I only mentioned in conversation out of surprise but liked that without asking she came up with a solution. Most all other places I have been to either have no windows or if they do they darken them with blackout shades, thicker curtains, foil ect. I did not take off stars but feel it's worth mentioning to save others but I ended up here because of a gift card. I was gifted the 1.5 hr massage for $135 plus $50 tip. When it came time to check out I was not allowed to use the gift card for the tip. Had I known this I would have just did the hour massage as I struggle to lay still for more than a hour but due to the way the gift card was given by family member I thought why not just try it, expecting to exhaust gift card on visit. In my almost 20 yrs of massages I think this is the 1st place I've been to that doesn't allow tip from gift card. So for anyone wanting to gift from here I would recommend buying the cost of massage and then if wanting to cover tip just gifting it in cash. Either way I'm sure the reciever will be appreciative. Luckily this is a place I would return to, if not I would of just regifted the remaining $50 on eGiftcard. This place is not in my immediate area of town where I tend to get massages but is close to my work therefore I went in before my scheduled night shift at nearby hospital and would just plan my future massages again around my work schedule. When I go back I will update review again on atmosphere in case I get a different room.

This was my first massage experience and it was amazing. The facility is super clean and calming. You instantly feel at ease with all the essential oils and relaxing sounds playing. I honestly don't know how the staff don't fall asleep throughout the day. My husband and I booked a couples massage, he had Alyssa and I had Ebony. From my experience with Ebony she was amazing, super kind and informative. She focused on the areas I needed work on and overall made me feel amazing afterwards. My husband said Alyssa did an amazing job as well and was able to get in the areas that were also causing him pain and discomfort. Overall our experience was 10/10 , we definitely recommend them to anyone who's needing a professional massage.
