Lisa has been cutting and highlighting my hair since I moved to Florida five years ago. My hair is on the thick and wavy side (and can be uncontrollable). Lisa does a great job. My hair has been easier to handle since she starting cutting it, and I always receive compliments about the style and color. She is also a pleasure to be around. In addition, I have been getting pedicures from Brittany for several years and always look forward to that hour of total relaxation and expert care.

Very disappointed in my gel manicure. I had a gel manicure on June 24, 2026 for vacation. It began to chip and peel within a few days. I called and since I was out of town they graciously refunded me. I had another gel manicure on August 20, 2026 and it was already peeling and chipping by the second day. I got an appointment for it to be fixed on August 22, 2026. Today is August 26, 2026 and all the polish on my right hand is either chipped, lifted or has peeled off. I'm going in AGAIN on August 31, 2026 for yet another fix. Very disappointed with the quality and lack of consideration for my time. I've been a member of Ponte Vedra Inn and Club for over 10 years and really expected better service than this.
Fantastic experience. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and the massage by Liza was very relaxing! I look forward to coming back and enjoying the many other amenities.
This spa is fantastic! From start to finish - the staff are there for you and make sure that you are well cared for throughout the day. We look forward to returning in the future 😃
Love this place. Beautiful property in a beautiful community. I had an hour massage which was only ok. Outdoor pool is beautiful. Locker rooms are amazing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Robes are very nice. I had an espresso martini, wasn't made with real espresso which is a huge negative for me.
