I had such a wonderful experience with Ashley B. at Now Massage Boutique! From the moment you walk in, the aesthetic of the boutique is calming, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed—it immediately sets the tone for relaxation. Ashley is truly amazing at what she does. I booked the 80-minute full body massage as a member, and I’ve now seen her 3–4 times. Every single session has been exactly what I needed—she has an incredible ability to intuitively understand where I’m holding tension and create a personalized experience that melts stress away. She is professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Each visit leaves me feeling calm, refreshed, and completely reset. I can’t recommend her enough—I will definitely be returning and booking with her again!

I have been coming to TheNow for a good amount of time now. I love the atmosphere, the way they have everything set up. You definitely get to rest and relax. Today I have came to see Walter for the first time and he was absolutely fantastic! Definitely was my best massage.

Absolutely ridiculous experience from start to finish. I called two days ahead to book massages for my wife and me using two gift vouchers. The employee told me the vouchers didn’t exist and we’d have to pay full price. The person who gave them to us then called and spoke with a manager, who found them immediately and explained that the employee had simply looked in the wrong menu. When booking, I specifically requested TWO FEMALE massage therapists. Our original 12:30 appointment was then moved by them to 1:00. We arrived at 12:42, and at check-in I was AGAIN asked my preference. I again clearly said FEMALE therapists. A female therapist took my wife back within a few minutes. I was left sitting in the lobby while multiple customers who arrived after us were taken back by female therapists. After about 20 minutes, I asked the front desk what was happening and was told my therapist was “just finishing up.” Five minutes later, a MALE therapist came out and called me. At this point my wife was already nearly 30 minutes into her massage. I explained that I had specifically requested a female therapist TWICE and didn’t understand the confusion. The male therapist then said he no longer wanted to perform my massage. That was it for me. I canceled. No meaningful apology. No manager stepping in. No attempt to fix anything. If you can’t accommodate a customer’s therapist preference, JUST SAY SO WHEN THEY BOOK. Don’t confirm it twice, leave them sitting for 30 minutes while their spouse’s massage is underway, and then do the exact opposite. These vouchers were given to us specifically to try this place and see if we’d become customers. Mission accomplished — we definitely got our answer. We won’t be back.
