Buyer beware! I would normally not write a bad review, however, the rude and arrogant behavior of the “manager” cannot go without being called out. Like many travelers in the area we live here part time. During the Christmas season 3 purses were purchased and once we got home we noticed one was clearly used. Not to mention the person receiving the gift didn’t care for the purse style. While a few weeks back we tried to return the purse the employee on shift said after 30days we couldn’t get a refund but we could exchange it. This is reasonable as we would still be spending money in the local store but getting a satisfactory customer experience and items. However at the time the person receiving the gift wasn’t in town so when she came back we went to exchange the purse and we’re told in the most rude, snarky and smartassy tone that “nothing can be exchanged after ten days because we are a small business” and to “Have a blessed day” now mind you at this point nothing in the store states the ten day return policy and we have received conflicting answers. Not only will I never shop here again I highly recommend everyone pay close attention to both items being purchased, return policy and rude customer service. HAVE A BLESSED DAY! Your response in the reviews state with a receipt, which we do in fact have, that we can always exchange… so which is it!?!?!

I just bought a purse and gloves from there and the customer service was great! Clean store, organized, and I love the unique items. Being able to purchase quality goods that were created out of recycled materials that look fabulous is a win-win in my book. It was close to closing time and we were not rushed at all! Will definitely come back!

Saint Augustine local since 2012. I have worked downtown, and witnessed many of the shops change over the years. This establishment under new management brings a complete breathe of fresh air to St.George Street. The owners have managed to keep the traditional aspect while breathing in new life with various products and goods. The staff is extremely hospitable. The moment my foot hit the entry way i was greeted with a smile and welcome, which was a nice change of pace from other establishments. The associate showed genuine interest in my needs but didn't hover too much to make me feel uncomfortable. Overall a great store experience. P.S I personally love their messenger bags that have this amazing modern classic canvas aesthetic those are hard to find especially online cause you can never tell how they are in reality.

Not only is the staff friendly and helpful.... This shop has an amazing selection! I found the perfect leather purse, at a reasonable price and only wished I'd picked up a few more things. But, that's another reason to come back when we visit St. Augustine again in November.
