It’s always refreshing to find a gym with such a great atmosphere and supportive trainers. Looking forward to dropping into a group class. The boutique style and one-one personal training with either Frank or Dustin is the perfect dose of challenge and engagement. Both trainers are committed and helped my personal training in addition to, stay motivated and mixing things up.
Best gym and the best trainers in Jax. Been training here for 10 plus years. Dustin and his team have helped me through numerous injuries and always give me the best training program for what my body needs at any given session. Highly recommend!
The entire Lynx staff is amazing! Dustin and team will guide and push you to meet your physical goals in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. Highly recommen!
