Crawfish is from china no flavor. Dry don’t get it. The shrimp was good got all you can eat. 10 minutes per plate not great they know what you are eating should be more attentive. Order clams still have not received them. The beer is cold. Clams were good small but good.
Hands down one of the best seafood boils in Jacksonville! The staff was very kind throughout the entire time and got the food out promptly. The food itself was so flavorful and cooked just right. I would have no hesitation on going back again
First time my wife and I were in Jacksonville and we wanted some seafood. The service here was great and the food was even better. We did the al you can eat and boy were we full! We love crab legs so every we had some. You only get 1 cluster with each order but you can add a variety of other foods. The sauce/seasoning the food was covered in was good as well. We will definitely come back and eat there again once we move down there.
We went with a larger group of 10 on July 3rd. Positives… food was good and our wait for the large group was only around 30 minutes. Negatives… while cleaning the table off behind us the staff knocked a bowl of ketchup to the ground which felt right behind my daughter and splashed all over her dress. Accidents happen but there was no apology or acknowledgment even though it was very obvious it got on her. Because of a language barrier with the staff it took forever to get a cloth and some club soda to clean her up. Also still no apology once we brought it to the attention of the management. Service was slow and sub-par, with refills on drinks and ask for silverware to be slow in coming. Language barrier was a huge part of this as staff didn’t seem to know what we were asking for even though these were basic essentials of eating out. Again… food was good and pricing fair but not sure we will be back.
I took my husband out to dinner for his birthday and this restaurant was his choice. He ordered the crab balls for an appetizer (my husband said they tasted like little crab cakes) and the Weekend Special (crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp, corn, potatoes and a boiled egg) as a meal. I had a kids meal of chicken tenders and fries because I wasn't very hungry and I don't eat seafood. Our server's name was Andy and we were well taken care of, all of our needs were met. The other servers were all very welcoming as well. The atmosphere was peaceful and I enjoyed the old school music. The restaurant was very clean. My husband enjoyed every bit of his birthday meal and was very happy. I enjoyed my dinner as well. We got some cheesecake to go to enjoy later... so good. Thanks Andy!
