Fantastic little place. I was not expecting to find a shop like this in St. Augustine.... but they packed a lot of variety in their space. It was not even the "tourist" product line. I was very pleased.
Such a lovely store but very hostile and uncomfortable environment. My visit was very unpleasant due to the behavior of the male staff. My mother was taking her time deciding whether to purchase an item and mentioned she had recently bought something similar to the male employee when he approached us. Before she could finish explaining that she was deciding to purchase their item instead, the man was extremely rude and remarked that "the store wasn't meant for us." We were shocked by the comment and left without completing our purchase. This behavior was totally unwarranted and he could have very easily taken this opportunity to make a sale. Customer service like this is very disappointing and isn’t a line of work for someone with such a rotten disposition. And based on other reviews, seems they have a history of following patrons and making them feel uncomfortable, causing them to lose out on sales.
A very amusing store of very Irish goods, complete with everything from family crests to Guinness apparel. It has a very cozy, but cramped, area with everything sorted by jewelery, apparel, and home decore. There was nothing I didn't like about the store however I do hope they grow more a d expand their limited book section (especially the mythology portion)
We had a chance to visit this store recently. Just walking in to look around made my heart happy. The store had a welcoming and warm feel and the staff were so kind. I was able to find an amazing ring with help from the staff! She was patient with me as I made the difficult decision between three different options. We will make sure to visit again!
First-rate Irish shop with a variety of clothing, jewelry, and hats. Lots of other things too. Dani was extremely helpful and patient when I was trying on clothing items. Highly recommended stop for your Irish gear!
