When I first did my research, I thought a restaurant behind a gas station, strange but I’m glad I did not let that keep me from coming here. We are on vacation waiting to go on a cruise and searched local seafood restaurant and came to this place. I’m so glad that we did because we will be back again. I only wish we lived in the area because we would be regulars. The service was impeccable. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome. Do not let the fact that it is behind a Circle K gas station keep you from coming to this place. Not only does it have wonderful indoor seating but an awesome outdoor deck that is very kid friendly. First time trying this place. The food was good. We ordered the fish and 6 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and baked beans. However, one side was missing which was the collard greens for the fish. The biscuits were excellent. The 3 stars was for the missed collard greens.
Came back for their delicious mushrooms and Philly beef sandwich. So good and the fries are incredible. Lauren was our server and super friendly and fast service. You definitely need to come here.
Great local spot for crispy fried chicken cooked when you order it!! Fried okra, Mac n cheese, beans, all delicious!! Some of the outdoor seating is a challenge if you want to avoid bugs or cool off. Indoor seating had AC no flies!
Our favorite spot we found while visiting on vacation. The service was amazing and the food was even better! Would definitely recommend to any one who loves a good seafood boil.
