We were very happy with our experience with Nico and Lindsay. We are small business owners and wanted to switch from our current plan to one that was more cost effective. Nico took lots of time with me to explain everything and was available by phone when I had further questions. Lindsay makes things very personal which is a nice touch. I can’t say enough good things about Nico! When I was working a job that didn’t offer insurance, I was overwhelmed trying to find coverage—especially with kids who had ongoing health issues that needed attention. Nico went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to understand my situation and worked hard to find an insurance plan that not only met our healthcare needs but also fit within my financial budget. Thanks to him, my kids were able to get the care they needed without breaking the bank. He was kind, patient, and truly cared about helping our family. Highly recommend!

I had an 11:00 AM appointment today to discuss healthcare options for 2026 outside the marketplace, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I spoke with Mr Garcia, who seemed disinterested and unprepared, despite the information I provided when booking the appointment. Rather than reviewing my needs and presenting options, the conversation felt like a push toward one marketplace plan he personally preferred—even though that plan would have cost more through the marketplace than a better option available directly with the same company. His tone was dismissive, and I was repeatedly made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. At one point he claimed Ambetter was the only option outside the marketplace in Florida, and that there were no other carriers—something I know is not true. After being made to feel talked down to and not getting the help I scheduled the call for, I ended the conversation. I would not recommend this company to anyone who truly needs guidance and a range of options. If you only need help enrolling in a marketplace plan, maybe they’re fine—but if you want someone who will actually listen, educate, and compare the best options for your situation, I’d suggest calling someone else.

Nico and Lindsay go above and beyond to help you find the coverage that is right for you. They are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They walked us through our policy so we would know exactly what we were getting and how we could use it. 10/10
