0 stars!!!! My daughter, myself, and a friend from work. We set appointments for 2 full-sets. My daughter decided to get her nails painted. Our appointment was at 9:30 this morning, it is now 1:45 and my daughter's paint is peeling off everywhere and the layers under the top are still wet. A gentleman painted her nails. The woman that did my nails did them terribly. None of them are even, they are lumpy, and all of the paint is bubbling. I mentioned my daughter's nails while we were there, she offered to repaint them but after looking at my nails I told her no thank you, we just won't be back. I called to let them know how bad my daughters nails were peeling and that I was going to be going to a different nail salon to get my nails redone due to the fact that the only 2 people there messed up mine and my daughter's nails. They offered for me to come back to redo them, I told them I would not be back to let them waste more of my time to leave with nails that look like this. Once I told them that the line went silent, I tried to call back to speak with someone who could refund my money and they are not answering now. I don't usually review businesses unless I am leaving a positive review but it needs to be known that you do not leave this establishment with "boss nails".
David is an ARTIST. Plus he’s so kind and hard working. Will be coming back every 3 weeks. My nails look so NATURAL. Dip Powder. My second time was even better. I did Orange for Halloween. The Owner is super sweet. Love this place.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. LiLi is warm, friendly, and highly professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and her attention to detail was outstanding. She is truly skilled at what she does, and I couldn’t be happier with my pedicure. I highly recommend LiLi to anyone looking for exceptional service.
Nice spa pedicure and polite staff however I asked for gel polish on my toes but I guess was not heard so she ended up applying a gel polish top coat after the fact but didn’t use a uv light, despite me asking her to after I initially started to leave and realized they were not dry, but I guess I once again wasn’t heard so they were messed up within a few hours. The gel polish on my fingernails also wasn’t painted very well so they looked horrible within a few days. The shop was closed and I was heading out of town for a function the next day so I was unable to go back to have them redone and ended up having to attend the function with my nails like that. What a waist. I will not be going back.
The best care taken on my eyebrow wax in a long time! Not crowded and they don’t rush you. Very happy with my backfill and shape fix. I do a narrower coffin. Love this place and will be back.
