And now that I am going on Medicare next month he took an entire hour going over each category and option explaining it simply. He did it in a professional & respectful way, while answering questions patiently. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with! Anyone who has gone through the "Medicare Maze" knows it's better to have someone extremely familiar explain all of the options available. We started the process with Scott McIntosh with the Bailey Group and are very pleased we did.
