Kim is a professional and love the Deborah Lippmann polish. Appointments are very flexible and Kim provides the best high quality services. The setting is beautiful and quiet. If you want a private and personal setting this is the best place. I’ve been going to see Kim for over ten years.
Kim has consistently given me the best, most thorough pedicures for almost 15 years! She uses quality products and takes her time. I absolutely recommend booking with Kim.
Kim was so preoccupied with her personal life that my experience was ok at best. Nice shop with no atmosphere! She was on her phone most of the visit. I felt rushed as she needed to meet her friend for dinner. I left not only disappointed, but the clear coat she put on my nails was all bubbled up when I left. I was not going back to tell her as she was rushing out the door behind me.I do not treat myself very often, but it was my Birthday. I now wish I had gone somewhere else. If I were to treat myself again, I would not go back and would not recommend her to anyone.
If I could give her negative stars I would. She does not clean her instruments .I got a fungal infection from her. Horrible service. She was constantly on the phone on top of it all. It must be her " friends " who are writing the reviews. Please don't go to her. I am complaining to the cosmetology people so she can be investigated. She been in her small location for 6 years and has not grown because she is not good
Professional and private one to one service. This is not an impersonal “big box” salon. Kim knows real luxury is discreet.
