Great gel pedicure and SNS manicure (& chrome) with Thomas! I’ve been going to him for five years and he never disappoints. He always pays close attention to detail and my nails look amazing every time. 💅

I ended up getting acrylic nails my original design was supposed to be $85. After the nude acrylic powder was applied it looked nice and I opted to just have a top coat put on no gel, it ended up costing $70 I asked why the front desk said it was because it was in a tube and I said no it was acrylic power so she went to ask who did my nails and they stated it was because of length shape etc. These are short. I've never spent so much time or paid so much money for something so basic. I was there for 3 hours for a pedicure and full set. Added a picture of what I originally going to get for the quote of $85.

Normally my experience is good. I had a different tech from the last time and she caused me to walk around with an infected toe for about 3 weeks because she dug too deep. I could barely walk in closed toe shoes which sucks being that im a correctional officer so i have to wear boots! They also did not apply my discount from points I earned. I don't know why they feel like that's how pedicures go. I learned in cosmetology school that you don't do that for this reason! I forgot the lady's name I wish I would have written it down. I been so busy I forgot to post. I had my service done on 7/11 and I just got back to normal about a week ago.

Didn’t get what I came in for. Tech could not do design but said she could, tech also could not lay acrylic right didn’t remove cuticle before applying acrylic also used two different types of nails 9 straight 1 curved got an attitude when I told her to take off one nail she put on crooked got acrylic all over my fingers didnt file my nails smooth with the efile went to a different tech, she tried to remove my cuticles dry when it should have been done before applying the nail butchered my fingers. My experience was quite the catastrophe after spending 6 hrs in that shop still walked out dissatisfied. I should have known it was going to be a disaster when I walked in and the employees were yelling and screaming at each other like they were gonna fight. this place is a joke. Take your money elsewhere.
