  This lady Xeaong is very rude from calling in to see if she takes walk ins and getting hung up on I called again got my answer and I said thank you have a good day she hung up with no response. She charged 3 dollars extra for card okay cool make up your own amount then she was super nasty as I was filling out the form kept telling how to fill it out like gracious can you chill. I don’t say nothing I just said okay not to be rude back. I’ve been cordial this whole time regardless of the micro aggressions I have been at work for 10 hours and had a very important test that I took today I was already stressed out and didn’t need this and had extreme foot pain from wearing steal toe boots which is all I needed was a 30 min foot message even this it wasn’t a full body I was still charged for a full body okay fine. As I was leaving the front door was locked and she asked me for tip and became hostile and kept begging for the tip lady you’ve been super rude to me this whole time like you didn’t even want me here. Why would I? This conversation was literally a back and forth of me saying no and she was trying to get me to right it down on the paper this is the second place I’ve been to like this you pay upfront and the begged and made to feel like crap cause their customer is terrible and want to be paid extra for it no ma am thank you
