Under new Management!!! I know there have been a few 1 star reviews with concerns for the establishment, however I visited recently and it is under new management and staffing. The team has been nothing short of amazing while providing services required for my conditions and gone above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended. If you had a 1 star experience, give them another try and consider amending your review.

This is a great establishment!! From top to bottom. Went into Tactical Rehabilitation today, the Orange Park location in Jacksonville, to receive my custom orthotics. I was pretty excited to get them though I didn’t know the importance of this device. Melissa and Connor that work there were very helpful in explaining what these devices do and how they are helpful to me in my daily life. They explained how to use the device when first starting to wear it, what to expect when wearing it, the benefits that will come from wearing it and every I needed to know about the device which was much appreciated. They even went as far as to letting me know how it’s designed to let me understand that the product I’m getting is top of the line. It’s great stuff, trust me!! The whole experience today was amazing. Even the office in Jacksonville, North Carolina was very helpful. Thank you Melissa and Connor, you guys were the highlight of my day!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommend 10/10

I don’t know how you can say that you provide high quality service when you have 0 hours posted whether online or even on the door. Instead you have a sheet of paper saying that we will be right back with a number that gets sent straight to voicemail. All I’m saying is, at 1400 on a Monday MOST places are still open or have some sort of sign saying what the deal is. Horrible business, with non existent management. Thanks for having us drive 40+ minutes there and 40+ minutes back for absolutely nothing. Update: Came back at 10am this morning 5/17 and to no avail, it is still closed with the same sheet of paper and even more UPS missed package stickers. I truly hope you go out of business so others don’t have to go through the hassle of dealing with you.

Apparently they just cancel appointments without notification and close the shop. A simple phone call would suffice. The number they have posted on the door just goes to voicemail. I wont hold my breath for a call back. Luckily i live only 40 mins away and have nothing better to do with my time.
