Jacob always friendly , professional and ready to listen to any concerns or new issues or problems. The appointments are easily made and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. The office visits are usually short but with all my needs heard and met. All in all a very good experience. I recommend Jacob and Coastal Pain to anyone with pain management issues or concerns.

Dr. Jakob is a wonderful health care provider. He truly cares about the patient's well-being, actively listens and asks follow-up questions as needed, and treats the whole patient, as opposed to focusing on a single body part. The ladies at the receptionist desk are equally as wonderful. From check in to check out, they have mastered the balance between professionalism and efficiency, and friendliness and compassion. These ladies are genuinely kind and focused on each individual, while maintaining the constant flow of patients, phone calls, and paperwork. The Medical Assistants are wonderful as well, as they provide competent care with a smile and thoughtful conversation. I am very grateful for the care I receive from this clinic, and for each and every member of this amazing team.

I like seeing Jacob because He sets down And listens to what you have to say. He takes time out with you not no rush. Then he will ask you how have you been what is going on.How is your pain He is the best. Who wants a doctor who will walk in and write a prescription and walk out not me . I have brought a lot of people to this pain management to because they are so good my daughter at 1 time came here my mother came here till she died My aunt came here till she died My cousin Used to come here Some friends about it that came And one of the things that I like the most everybody's friendly The thing that I like the most is they don't make you do anything that you don't want to do Like when I first started coming I didn't want to get shot in my back but eventually I changed my mind and I did and then they helped Jacob you never pushes nothing on me I'm the one always asking him for Shots Trigger points in my back The overall he is the best
