The office is has one of the best staff of employees from any other office I’ve been to. They are all a mixture of genuineness, kindness and professionalism. I usually see Allison or Jakob and as my doctors and they never rush through the appointment, always start with asking how I am and we chat about any new things/events in my life. They are knowledgeable and always willing to hear me out and answer questions or concerns about new treatments or meds.
I have bad anxiety especially when doing botox for migraines, but she kept me talking and she made me feel confident in her skills. She asked simple questions that required little thought but she was constant in asking so I didn't have time to be nervous or that anxious. I wouldn't want to go through anyone else after having her do it this time. I have botox every three months and this was probably the best I've ever felt in the confidence of my provider.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Allison does a good job and the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about anything that happened during or after my appointment. They make sure you know if there is anything you need before ur next appointment to contact them
Allison is so knowledgeable, thorough and very professional, but she's friendly and down to earth! I feel seen and heard...not like just another number! She's awesome!
Allison is professional and a caring doctor. I feel comfortable on sharing any concerns that I might have during my visit and Alice will find the answer and make a plan for my concerns. Thank you, Allison.
