T. Gregory Imports

Pam is an amazing help to any senior who needs extra time to decide. She gladly explained and re-explained options on colors, wood, etc., and she knows the inventory inside out. One of the best shopping experiences ever.

We purchased a beautiful sideboard in the St. Augustine store. It is 8 1/2 feet long. It needed to go upstairs in our two story. Pam assured us that the guys that deliver are the best. They arrived this morning on time. Very professional and very good. It was a difficult delivery but the guys were so careful with the furniture and our home. Not a single scratch or wall bump. I can’t believe how they were so quick and knew exactly how to put that piece up the stairs. Again kudos to those guys.

The friendly, helpful people at T Gregory make finding the “perfect” piece a real pleasure!! Their selection is eclectic and because the furniture is made for them, there are lots of options from which to choose! From large furniture to small accessories, indoors to outdoors, floral arrangements, paintings….it’s just fun to be in the store! In addition, if there are ANY issues, they go out of their way to make things right! Quoting Thomas..”we just want to make you happy”! Customer SERVICE…extraordinary…particularly in today’s time!

I absolutely love this store! There are so many beautiful pieces. The furniture and decor items leaves me wanting to spend, at least, 2 hours in this store. I was initially looking for decorative, red berries and found them among other terrific offerings…beautiful! Then, I found a bookcase that is so lovely and comes in many colors . I can’t wait to visit this store again. The customer service is excellent! I even learned a technique to shape my arrangements. You’ll have to visit Tom to find out! 😉
