When choosing a contractor, you want 3 things, a quality product, professional installation and very important to us, a great price. Todd at Waters Window in Saint Augustine, Fl delivered all three. We bought a new home and window treatments were something we needed to choose. Plantation Shutters was an option we really wanted because cleaning blinds are a job I really detest, so shutters it is for us. Todd measured and his company made our shutters and got them ready to install them the day we closed on our new home. They look wonderful and knowing this company stands behind their product makes the entire process even better. I did price other companies and this companies pricing came in the best. I’ve recommended several new neighbors to be sure to add this company to any bids they are getting for their homes too. Thanks Todd.
Todd and his team came and installed several roller shades and integrated them with my Control 4 home automation system so they open and close at specific times. Installation was neat and clean in my newly build home and the shades fit perfectly. Todd is super responsive and communicates well during the whole process.
We had custom plantation shutters made for our Master bathroom. Todd was great from the estimate to the install! They turned out absolutely beautiful! We had just remodeled the bathroom and this put the perfect finishing touch on the project. Todd made recommendations on which style/design would work best. Couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! Will definitely contact them back when we decide to do the others windows throughout the house.
Very positive experience. Referred by a friend - saw her closets and shades and then called Todd. Discussed options, looked at the plans and then six weeks later had my closets. Jesse is a great installer (craftsman). Got 9 closets in all - check out the pics! Plus one blind that was way too high for me to install so I was thrilled to have them do it!
Finishing touches of Plantation Shutters, throughout, our new home are perfect. Todd is a great guy and does excellent work. From showing us all our options, providing a timely (detailed! - Not just Blinds = this much, Closets = this much) estimate to Installation (taking the time to make sure every thing hung properly with no gaps where they shouldn't be) we were (are) very pleased and would not hesitate to use his services again. I also am in love with my master closets (no pictures). Todd made sure that I had enough shelves correctly spaced and came back, after installation, to provide more when I changed my shoe configuration a little.
