Came here for my first reformer class after a long time. Great class! Lynn was very welcoming and great at explaining things. Helpful posture corrections too. Would definitely come back.
Grace is the reason I went to Synergy Sudio. She called me after I completed the online contact form and explained the service they offer. Grace also listened to my specific needs with empathy, understanding and compassion. Thank you Grace for your professionalism, wonderful attitude and willingness to help, you are a true angel!
Everyone at synergy is amazing! I take classes & some private sessions with Sonia and she is an excellent teacher and trainer! Her dedication, methods, attention to her students is incredible. She has allowed me to function well with my injuries and gain strength. Don’t know what I would do without her!
Synergy is an amazing Pilates studio. The owner Lynn and her team are very knowledgeable, kind and just a joy to be around. I highly recommend them.
