I enjoy working out with Swint Performance /Nick Swint , as a part of a group training or private personalized classes . Professional , knowledgeable , reliable trainer , positive environment , lots of hard work but also lots of laughs and fun during the training . I'm getting closer to my goals day by day , looking forward to new sessions even though I think I'm mad at him since the end of the last one ! I would highly recommend Swint Performance for your desired physical transformation and Nick as a trainer to lead you there !!!!
For the past few months, I've been part of the Cardio Power class. It is challenging, ever-changing, and fun! Nick makes sure we're not only moving, but moving properly! My form and technique is definitely improving.
Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to proper techniques and the reasoning for it. The circuit classes are great for both general strength and conditioning as well as specific to what you are trying to get better or stronger at.
