After 3 failed attempts and working with Wells Fargo, Chase and Bank of England, which let me just say I’m still traumatized by Wells Fargo, and 2 years of trying to find any way to get out of my condo and into a bigger place with nothing but let downs and stress, I got a recommendation to talk to Eddie O’Keefe at SWBC Mortgage, and let me just say this was the most seamless process from start to finish, Eddie and his team were knowledgeable and communicative and got the job done with ease, about 30 days later I’m sitting here in my new home loving life! It was so easy, it truly makes me wonder what is going on with those other bigger companies, don’t waste your time with them and go straight to SWBC mortgage first and save yourself a bunch of hassle.
Team Ster all the way! Donald Ster is extremely knowledgeable and professional, kind and patient, a real pleasure to work with. I was recommended to him by a family friend several years ago, and will use him again to refinance. If you need mortgage services, please consider. ~Satisfied Customer~
Rob Fleischmann is hands down the best mortgage guy you'll find. His mentality of establishing a real relationship with his customers is something you don't find everywhere. He truly cares about his clients. If you're looking to make your dreams come true by purchasing your new home, talk to Rob first! You won't be disappointed!
Great experience start to finish. Rick Holmes and his team were super easy to work with and helped us close a loan in less than 30 days - with time to spare. His communication was outstanding and his follow-up kept the deal on track every step of the way. Highly recommend!
We worked with Michael Warner. He was proficient, always courteous, and was always available if I had questions and I had a lot of them. He really did a great job at explaining everything to us Thank you Mike.
