Surf and Sand, BW Signature Collection

Some of the reviews really had me worried when I booked our room. So I knew I needed to leave my feedback after our stay. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. Close to the beach. Great water pressure. Breakfast was good every morning, the coffee machine is awesome! It’s a small hotel to didn’t ever feel like there were too many people. No trouble finding parking. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked thru Truvago and prepaid a week before we got there. Stated Free Parking in lot. Got there and they Saud since we didn't book thru their sight and we went thru Truvago we had to pay an additional $117.00 to stay for the week. It was too late to cancel the booking so we had to stay since it was already booked and not within the refundable time. I will never book here again. Staff was very nice our room floor was staying wet and damp so they did change our room from 209 to room 206 so we didn't have to move things far. They also offered to dry our wet damp full suitcase of clothes for free but I wanted to wash and dry them. It was good after that. My Major Convern was being Charged for Parking after we got there. So it placed us $117.00 short on spending money. We also had our daughter and my grand daughter with myself and my husband.

Have to say couldn’t have ask for a better experience here. They have a good breakfast. Room is spacious & clean. Bed is super comfortable. Had plenty of towels. Had a excellent view of the ocean from Rm 312. Yards from the beach & 2 restaurants. Seriously. I don’t know what else you’d need that this hotel doesn’t offer. Thank you all for a pleasant experience

For the price it was great our room was clean, it was super close to the beach literally 3min walking from the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was good , the staff was nice and helpful I literally have no complaints
