The Hoyt House takes charming to the next level. If you are looking for a beautiful experience you have found it . The place is immaculate , its rooms make you feel like royalty. The owners are a family that are welcoming and thoughtful. Every detail is covered from umbrellas to bikes I even had a fan in my room . I enjoyed happy hour , and the breakfast was the best thing I ate on Amelia Island. I could rave about my stay for paragraphs. But just hit the book button , you won’t regret it ! PS- the chocolate chip cookies were amazing too !

Highly recommend a stay at Hoyt House Bed & Breakfast! From the moment Lindy welcomes you on arrival, you felt welcomed and at home. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean, and every detail reflects the care and hospitality of Lindy and her team. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal for exploring the area, and walkable to the center of town with all the shops and restaurants. The porches and garden are very peaceful relaxing. The house itself is full of character and charm dating back to 1905. And interesting artifacts. Definitely top of the list of B n Bs we've stayed at. Can't wait to return. Thanks Lindy

Hoyt house was beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary and it’s such a beautiful home, great breakfast. The owners David and Lindy were so welcoming and helpful. They really have such great attention to detail. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There was a lot of live music you could see. We went to the farmers and art market on Saturday and then used the bicycles that Hoyt house has on site and biked to the beach. Highly recommend this beautiful bed and breakfast if you are planning a trip to Fernandina. I unfortunately did not get any pictures of the main entree for breakfast, but they were amazing.

This was our last minute, quick anniversary getaway - the house is absolutely gorgeous in decor and period antique pieces! So much history to enjoy. You cannot beat the walking distance to everything downtown in Fernandina Beach. Our room was spacious and elegant - we stayed in the Willis room. Breakfast was 5 Star in presentation and taste! The Hostess, Lindy, is gracious, knowledgeable and passionate in providing all guests an amazing experience! We did not get to enjoy the pool but will definitely be a repeat guest.
