Sunshine State of Mind & Body

Incredible massage — Kristiana is the best. If you’re an athlete, a regular gym‑goer, or dealing with a stubborn knot or injury, look no further. I’ve been struggling with a shoulder injury for over two years, and this is the first time I’ve felt real relief. After just one session with Kristiana, I regained full mobility and was even able to go surfing pain‑free the next day. Kristiana took the time to understand exactly where I was experiencing pain and which movements were triggering it. She immediately identified the root cause of the issue and was able to release my entire shoulder in a single session. Her experience and attention to detail are unmatched. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kristiana.

I typically have a go to girl that I get my massages from however, I decided this time to try someone new as my usual Was booked out and couldn’t get me in Kristiana did excellent. I always judge a good massage. Therapist by their ability to just simply feel your back and feel all the areas that need attention really good massage therapist have Just an innate sense of what a client may need. She also has a cool vibe 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
