Kind of long but needed. If any other location was closer I would go to them & not this location. The 1st time I asked to try the standup red light bed & then tan after, no one showed me how to use it. I had to put all my clothes back on to move to tan. When my friend who goes to another location asked me how I liked the vibration part of it, I didn’t even know that it did that. No one bothered to explain how to use it to me, even though they knew it was my 1st time trying it. Also, I complained to my friend about having to get back dressed & undressed again & she said they should have robes. No one offered me a robe. So the 2nd time I went, I decided to see if I would be offered a robe because it was a different girl. She did not offer me one… I had to ask. I was given one after asking myself. Also, the 1st time I did the red light & tan the girl told me to go straight to the tanning when I was done & it would be ready for me. She did not say “we don’t normally do this, but it’s slow” or anything like that so I assumed this was how it went. So when I went the 2nd time, after red light I started to walk back to tan & another girl stopped me & asked what I was doing. When I told her she looked annoyed like I should know better. She said she would let them know to start the bed & walked off. So then I get undressed & get in there & it wasn’t even started. So I had to put the robe & my socks back on & walk all the way back to the front to see the same girl just standing at the counter. When I looked told her it wasn’t started, she just says “I’ll start it now”. No apology or ‘oh I’m so sorry, I forgot’, just looked at me as if she had done nothing wrong & said I will start it for you now. After visiting another location and seeing how friendly and upbeat and high energy, they are, this location is Just a business. No one is there to make you feel good, no one is there to be too friendly, & they don’t even do their job good. One time I asked if they had a specific bed & the girl says yes, so I told her I wanted to do that & then tan. (because the one I asked about was not for tanning). She says you can’t do 2 tannings. I said how I thought this one wasn’t tanning & she responds. “Oh, we don’t have that bed here”. Again, no apology, no mention of miscommunication. I wish this was not the location closest to my home. The St. John’s Bluff location is absolutely amazing. The people there are amazing. I knew my location sucked, but until I visited the other location, I didn’t know just how much it sucked.
Since moving to Florida a year ago this place has some of the best beds I will give the that… but some of the staff are extremely uninviting, rude and lack customer service all together. I just went here to tan, walked in, no one was at the desk. I waited a little over 5 mins for a girl to come out of the back while on her phone, look up at me and then continued to walk as slow as possible while still texting on her phone. When she got up to the front she did not greet me or apologize for the wait simply asked for my name and gave off the attitude as if I was an inconvenience for her while she was at WORK…… just all around not a good experience today as well as other days. There has been one girl who is ALWAYS friendly but the rest distasteful and dry. Please address this with these staff before you lose customers.

The young lady who assisted me provided an experience that was truly outstanding from start to finish. She greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel comfortable. She went above and beyond by giving me a full tour of the facility, carefully explaining each product, service, and feature along the way. Her knowledge was impressive, and she communicated everything with clarity, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the available packages, answering all of my questions with patience, professionalism, and honesty. With her guidance, I felt completely informed and confident in selecting the package that best suited my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured—only supported and valued. Her professionalism, friendliness, and strong knowledge base made my visit exceptionally positive. You truly need more employees like her. She deserves to be recognized for her greatness and the extraordinary level of care she provides to your customers. She represents Sundays Sun Spa Wellness with excellence, and her dedication does not go unnoticed. Please extend my sincere gratitude to her for making my experience so enjoyable and memorable.
I have been to many tanning salons throughout the states and the Sundays brand is my all-time favorite. Gianna and HANNAH 😍🤩♥️ are always so welcoming and they genuinely seem excited when I come in. I know that I am just a customer but they make me feel like I am a friend and I’ve seen how they interact with other clients and they each get the same treatment and I love that. They are both quick to show me new products but they are never pushy and they both are very knowledgeable and I love that they can educate me on the products and the services and how I can benefit the most from them.
Sundays is the place to go for all of your tanning and wellness needs. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Gianna and Hannah at the Orange Park location. They're so pleasant so cheerful, and they know so much about the lotions and the different tanning levels. I really feel That it's important to have knowledgeable staff that can help with all your questions and concerns. I've also used the slim sculpt wellness and I had some concerns at first, But the two of them put me at ease and told me the benefits of the process. The salon is always clean. I was just in there today And it's all decorated for Halloween. Highly recommend you check it out even if your a 1st time tanner. ASK for Gianna the manager.
