You can’t call and get a hold of anyone. It’s a Virginia Beach number. Website says their open but the phone service says they are closed. They say you have to have at least 2 months to fulfill a contract when you only wanted it a month. Then get won’t just let you pay the 2 months have to keep a card on file. Not friendly don’t even speak when you speak to them on the way out. Maybe businesses just aren’t the way they used to be but after these 2 months they never have to worry about me coming back.

Every time I visit this Sundays location, I’m greeted by Jordan who consistently has such a positive and helpful attitude. He is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to answer questions or make recommendations, which makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. I wish I could buy all the great lotions he suggests, but I currently have 4 bottles I need to use first!! Great service like this keeps me coming back—highly recommend! Shout out to Jordan Peters!!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 Thanks for keeping me tan!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The lack of customer service at the San Jose location is astonishing. One of the young females working here, Kaya, frequently gives my reserved bed to someone else arriving after me. When I ask her why this keeps happening, she says she can't control the people who come in after me. When I tell her that's literally why they ask when I arrive which rooms I am here for, she starts popping off about how "that's NOT why they ask, they ask because they HAVE to and then starts yelling at me saying how she's paying all of her bills by herself , car insurance, school, been working here 4 yrs, etc." I have never been treated like this in my lifetime at an establishment, especially one where I'm paying $88 per month for. ALL of the girls in this location would just roll their eyes when someone walks in and say, "first and last"? What? Terrible way to run a non essential business. Baymeadows location is a completely different vibe, service level and representation. They're kind, professional, they actually say hello and attempt to know your name and not treat you like a number. I know the owners are out of state so that's probably why they get away with acting like disrespectful children. I'll never go back here because of the attitudes....regardless of how amazing the services are.

I just want to share my experiences at Sundays Sun Spa. It's very good. The red light therapy is helping my skin improve in appearance and I even feel better generally. I have come to know the staff, Kaya, Jordan, Danielle, Zoe and Kali, and they are very helpful and kind and extremely polite. I highly recommend Sundays.
