I really like my membership (especially the Slim sculpt-yes it works)! Pricing is reasonable considering everything they have to offer, but their extended evening hours set them apart for me. It’s convenient. All locations are not created equal though. I happened to be on this side of town (45 minutes from my house) so I popped in. The level of customer service Maya and David provided is outstanding. They not only made me feel welcome, but educated me about the services I was never informed of at any other location. This is the Sundays you want to go to. Thank you both.
I’m truly impressed with this place’s management. After my initial experience, they took the time to reach out and genuinely listened to my concerns. That level of customer service is so rare these days, and it completely changed my impression. I decided to give them another chance, and I’m so glad I did. The beds are truly divine, and after going back a couple of times, I’ve been able to keep my tan looking great. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear they care about their customers and their experience. I really appreciate a business that’s willing to listen to feedback and make things right. That speaks volumes about how they operate, and I’m happy to update my review to reflect that.
Maya is wonderful. She has such high energy & makes u feel like a friend. She is very helpful & knowledgeable on all of the products. She does a wonderful job. This is not my normal location but I wish it was because they do a way better job than the one I go to.
Mya is so nice and makes this salon feel like a luxury experience. She makes you feel like you have known each other forever. Out of all the Sundays I would recommend this one over and over from the one experience I had today vs 6 mos going to the other locations! Great customer service and she needs a raise!
this is the BEST location i have been to! miya and daven are so informative and sweet. definitely the best energy here!💓
