Absolutely love this Baymeadows location! Carlee is so sweet and helpful, knowledgeable! After going to this location 2 times everyone knew my name whereas the San Jose location could never figure it out after 9 mos. The entire staff is kind and hardworking. I love the variety of services offered here. Super clean and the pricing is right! However, I do want to mention that some of the bulbs seem to lose their strength towards Aug/Sept...I started going to another salon not affiliated and got instantly darker last month so thats how I know the difference. Love the spray tan option and red light therapy. Would like to see collagan spray maybe for 2027? Thank you to Sundays for the product promos in 2026! Always a great deal.

I have been going to this salon for over 5 years, before the new company Sundays bought it. I have always liked the beds, the environment, the staff, and overall good experience! I was told today that the people from the previous company that were grandfathered in would be canceled or discontinued and we will have to sign up for the new package. I don’t use any of that fancy high tech equipment that they have in there now, I’m basic and will now be paying double the price. It’s so inconvenient and sad because I really like this place. Guess the owner Justin isn’t making enough money!!!

Sundayhas the BEST team! Every single person there is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away! Loved Carlee that’s who I was with:) she really knows her products and never pressures you, just gave honest recommendations. You can tell they actually care about their clients. Highly recommend! Plus their membership price options for what they offer is such a good deal they have spa services, bed tanning, and spray tanning!!!

am very disappointed with my experience here. When I signed up, I clearly explained that I only needed service for two months, and I was told that would be fine. I even agreed to their promotion based on that understanding. However, when I tried to stop service after two months, I was told I had to give a verbal notice tied to their contract terms—something that was never clearly explained to me upfront. Because of this, I’m now being charged for an additional month I never intended to purchase. What made this worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of trying to understand or help, she was dismissive and unwilling to work toward any kind of solution. It felt like customer service simply didn’t matter. Be very careful and make sure you fully understand their cancellation policy before signing anything.
