Extremely disappointing and predatory membership practices. Over 14 months ago, I contacted Sundays Spa and specifically asked them to cancel my account, which at the time was frozen. I recently discovered that instead of actually canceling it, they have continued charging me a $5 freeze fee every single month for more than a year. When I called to address this, rather than acknowledging that I had requested cancellation long ago or offering to correct the situation, I was told that in order to stop paying the $5 monthly fee now, I would have to forfeit all of the money/credits already associated with my account. So essentially, my choices are to continue paying them indefinitely for an account I asked to cancel over a year ago, or surrender money I have already paid them just for the privilege of finally ending the recurring charges. That is an absolutely ridiculous way to treat a customer. A cancellation should mean CANCELLED, not “we’ll keep your account frozen, quietly charge you every month, and then make you choose between continuing to pay us or losing your existing balance.” I would strongly encourage anyone considering a membership here to read every term carefully, monitor every charge, and get any cancellation request in writing. After this experience, I have zero confidence in their membership practices or customer service. I certainly would not recommend signing up for any recurring membership with this business.
This tanning salon is really clean and the staff is nice. The beds work well and give a good tan. I always feel great after visiting. Definitely a solid choice if you want a reliable place to tan.

I had such a great experience at this tanning salon! The place is super clean, the beds are well-maintained, and everything feels really welcoming from the moment you walk in. Lola at the front was absolutely amazing — she greeted me with such a warm smile, helped me figure out exactly what level I needed, and made the whole process so easy. You can tell she really cares about customers and loves what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back!
