**Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Poor Quality** I had an awful experience at this barbershop. The barber was extremely unprofessional from the start. He talked about some bizarre topics, like passing gas, barely passing his barber test, and how his school was corrupt. The place itself was unhygienic, he didn’t clean any of the guards and he got hair all over me. He didn’t listen to my instructions and I had to step in and guide him multiple times. When he finally finished, he was very shady with the mirror, barely letting me see the cut. I asked my girlfriend to take a photo, and I see a very noticeable, gash in my hair. It’s a quarter-sized spot and left a very noticeable bald spot. When I confronted him about it, he told me I had alopecia. I have very thick hair that grows very quick. I tried to stay calm and explain I obviously do not have alopecia and I wanted my money back. The manager eventually gave me $15 back from my $40 cut. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Haircuts are supposed to be relaxing and the experience was terrible from start to finish, and now I’m stuck with a botched haircut. Maybe it was just this specific barber and maybe the other guys there aren’t as bad, I believe his name was Tyler.
Jason did a great job, I’ve been looking for a new barber in the area since moving and this cut has got me more compliments than any other around here. It even got the Girlfriend stamp of approval… Needless to say I’ve found my new barber!

I’ve been going to this barbershop for years, and every time I leave, I’m always extremely satisfied with my haircut! Most of my cuts have been done by Tyler, who is highly skilled, professional, and always quick to spark a great conversation. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he always knows exactly what I want, even when I can’t fully explain it myself. On top of that, the atmosphere in the shop is always welcoming, and you can tell the whole team takes genuine pride in their work. The other barbers are just as professional and amazing! They make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and you know you’re in great hands no matter who you sit with. After trying numerous barbershops over the years, I can confidently say this place is my personal favorite. It’s my go-to spot, and I always leave feeling great about my haircut.
I started coming here about over a year ago when I first moved to Jacksonville. Tyler and Robert always do a stellar job. Kind and genuine guys and great conversationalists. Took my wife and two young kids there today. Had a wonderful experience. The new woman who started did a great job with my wife and daughter's hair and they said they will definitely be coming back instead of the salon they went to previously. We will continue to come back, and I am grateful for the warm welcome they always show me and my family when we step in the door.
