This thrift store has a solid selection overall, especially when it comes to clothes and jewelry. There’s definitely no shortage of items to look through, so if you enjoy browsing, you’ll find plenty to keep you occupied. I originally came in because I saw they advertised appliances, as I was looking for a new set, but ended up only finding furniture in that category. That was a bit disappointing and something to keep in mind if you’re going for something specific. As for the jewelry, there’s a large variety, but a lot of it feels overpriced. In some cases, it honestly makes more sense to just buy new pieces elsewhere. It gives off a similar vibe to bigger thrift chains where they clearly know the value of what they have and price accordingly. That said, a thrift store is still a thrift store—you can find some decent stuff if you take your time. I’d consider coming back if I’m in the area and feel like browsing again.
Absolutely egregious pricing. This store might be one of the greediest around. I don’t know how they feel good about selling items at these prices when they get stuff for FREE.
The people are nice. The 2 star is for the inflated prices on the furniture. More than an antique store. Almost as much as buying new. This non profit is definitely making alot of profit off of the donated furniture.
Very organized and clean Thrift store. They have 2 buildings and a parking lot. The furniture is in good shape and priced decently. The volunteers working at this store are very helpful and polite. A fun thrift store to meander in.
I could send a real long time here in this thrift shop. They had so many things I wanted to buy or get! I bought Band of Brothers DVD set for $4, old vintage hard cover books from the 1800s for only $1, a marbleized tee, and a red purse for $4. I was very excited to buy the books. Some of them were poems and stories by Edgar Allen Poe or Robert Browning. They are a treasure to me. My friend bought one of the old books there too. She was fascinated by how people wrote and talked back in the 1800s. $1 for antique books - a major steal! So every thrift store I visit, I like to take pictures of angels or signs in the store. Just a little ritual I follow. In this thrift store, I found a black angel. Thrilling! They are rare finds.
