St. Johns Blue Ocean Title, LLC

Multiple times now, I have had the pleasure of working with Blue Ocean Title, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by my processor, Randi Crews. Randi is incredibly efficient, highly knowledgeable, and consistently professional throughout every step of the transaction. What truly sets her apart is her transparency and honesty. She is always upfront about the process, communicates clearly, and ensures there are no surprises along the way. Most importantly, she goes far beyond simply having clients sign documents. Randi takes the time to thoughtfully walk my customers through the closing process, making sure they fully understand what they are signing and feel confident and informed at the table. That level of care and attention makes a meaningful difference. I highly recommend Blue Ocean Title and especially Randi for anyone seeking a smooth, professional, and well-managed closing experience.

Randi was excellent to work with! This was our second closing with her and everything went smoothly each time. We look forward to working with her and the team at Blue Ocean again!
