Dockhand moved my PWC today while I was having lunch at the restaurant located at the marina. He tied it off incorrectly causing damage to the ski when boats went by. When I went to leave and noticed it, I let him know that it had gotten damaged. He called the manager who told the employee who moved it that they are not responsible for the damage. The business needs to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. We will see what happens tomorrow when I file a police report and send it to my insurance company to get the ski repaired. Poor management
The Windward St. Augustine Shipyard is undeniably one of the BEST Marina’s in St Augustine. After enjoying a lovely boat excursion with family, we took a short walk along the public’s pathway of the Windward Shipyard to see just how clean and well maintained the boats, equipment and grounds were. We were delighted that we did! It was clear to see the staff takes pride in their work and the care, service and safety they deliver to their clients and partners. Viewing the Windward St. Augustine Shipyard and meeting some of the team gave me more confidence in the boat excursions and tours my family enjoys here in Florida!
We actually went here to experience Bluewater adventure water tours!! This was the highlight of our vacation! Knowlegable staff thank you J.T he was an amazing guide and we had a blast
Docked for lunch at Asado Life and while I was eating the marina moved my boat 400 yards away to the furthest possible boat slip. No one was at the marina! All of the docks and slips were empty but they felt important to move my boat as far as possible away from the restaurant. Classy move guys.
Kylie and Miah and all the crew here are a dream to work with. Hard working and incredibly courteous, they communicate in a diligent and friendly manner.
