Gavin and team were awesome! We called to get on a same-day waitlist and they did not let us down! Within an hour, they helped us secure a boat when it was turned in early, and we were on the water for a beautiful afternoon!
I have been a member for at least 8 years now. My family and I regularly go out of the St Augustine locations and Julington Creek. The consistent level of high level service has been amazing. I believe the greater Jacksonville franchise has to be one of the best managed in the FBC family. Boats are always clean, new and available. First Class!
Last minute decision to go boating. The team made my reservation on the spot and got me into a boat and on the water in less than 10 minutes. Super courteous and helpful. Boat was new(ish) and a blast to use. As always, thank you for a fantastic experience!

Had a reciprocal reservation here -- my home club is Tampa Bay -- in mid-March 2021. The staff was super friendly -- pointed out the shallow areas since I was new to those waters, gave tips on sandbars, etc. Seeing downtown St. Augustine and the lighthouse from the water was fun.. Our Hurricane deck boat was clean and ran well. Not sure if all their boats have them, but this one had a small Simrad chartplotter (instead of a basic Lowrance or Garmin depth finder like we have in Tampa) and a ski rope tow bar around the motor. Very cool, wish we had those. We love our Freedom membership!
