Springfield Animal Hospital

I had a great experience. Compared with other animal hospitals I’ve visited in the Jacksonville area, they are much more organized, professional, and attentive. They’ve earned my trust and are now my regular veterinarian.

Outstanding Veterinarians - Drs Neuman and Nikolov! They have cared for our pets over 10 years since when they were at PVB. Worth the drive to their new place in the city! My family is so happy they are back. Thank you for the care you give to our beloved pets.

I've lived around Jacksonville and have gone to many different vets. This is hands down my favorite. Dr. Nik is non judgemental, works hard to provide the best care for my dogs, and does not try to upcharge or oversell you. He's a straight shooter who takes the time to explain your options and what they mean. The entire staff is super kind and helpful. If you're looking for a vet that is priced well and does a thorough, professional job, this place is your best bet, imo.

We can’t say enough good things about Springfield Animal Hospital. As a small dog rescue, we rely heavily on veterinary partners who are not only skilled, but compassionate and willing to work with the realities of rescue cases- and they consistently show up for us. From routine care to more complex situations, their team treats every dog with patience, kindness, and professionalism. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never rush decisions, and genuinely care about the outcome for each animal. That level of attention matters when you’re advocating for dogs that don’t have a voice. We’re grateful to have a clinic we can trust with our rescues. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares.
