Splash Pools and Spas

I’ve been researching above ground pools for awhile and knew what I wanted when I went in the store. I didn’t go anywhere else because of their excellent reputation. Susan greeted us, explained the process of getting the pool, explained the differences between the pools, what we would need, and didn’t try to “upsale” us. In the end, we decided on the perfect size pool for our yard and did upgrade to a higher quality ladder with safety features and a better filtration system. I did not feel pressured and was given time to make our decision; one we will love for many years!

Purchased an Artesian Spa from the Jacksonville store. Susan and JC were very receptive to our many questions and did whatever was needed to make our experience the best possible. Minor delay in getting the right cover but Susan was more than accommodating to our inconvenience. The Technician (Greg) was very respectful and professional in setting the hot tub up. As it is new I can’t rate any repair services as of yet but I am hopeful I will have just as good an experience.

As always got exceptional service from Splash on Phillips Highway. The young lady was extremely helpful in my purchase of my liner and went above and beyond.

I had a good experience. The only issue I had was the manufacturer forgot parts to my pool when boxing the product which caused a holdup in installation. I am not sure if that’s directly related to the store or if they are separate. But all in all it was a good experience, the staff was friendly and all that matters is I have a pool to cool off in!!! So thank you splash!!
