We had our laundry room updated to add cabinets after we used Inspired Closets for living room built-ins as well as a primary closet system! We have enjoyed working with everyone, Whitney is a great designer and Jeremy was wonderful with our most recent installation, with great attention to detail.

I had been thinking about updating my closets (a little at a time) to help me become better organized as I near retirement. I needed the closet to function better and allow me to see what I owned and make better outfit choices. I worked with Samantha on my first closet, the holiday and seasonal wardrobe closet. The goal was to use the closet for clothes but also provide a space for my projects like needlepoint, journals, hobbies. Samantha created so much more room for me and Darris installed our vision perfectly and with no disruption to our home. The whole process was seamless on Inspired closet’s side. I might have been a mess in a dress but they held my hand through it.
Our whole experience with Inspired Closets has been exceptional from working with Whitney to getting exactly what I “thought” I wanted to her explaining and helping me to come up with additional ideas. Chris and Alex, were very professional communicated throughout the process. From taking their shoes off to lining our floors, they even asked if they could place the closet pieces on a mat on our floors. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and they also made some additional suggestions due to an unexpected issue (the master security system in my closet.) Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely recommend Inspired Closets.
Just had a sitting room converted to a master closet. Whitney did an amazing job designing something practical with ideas I would not have even thought of including making the space a dual office space and closet. While they are experiencing some delays getting materials from the manufacturer, Rachel and Kiara did a great job being transparent and communicating. The installers were professional and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend this business if you need a new closet!
We looked at 3 companies for master closet and pantry install. All three had good comparable solutions but felt Inspired Closet materials were a step above with better edging, option for finished bottom molding instead of kick plates and the top runner that adds a cohesive look. In addition to the great reviews that this company had, our designer Samantha is what sealed the deal. She is an exceptional designer and did a great job of taking our bundle of ideas and laying out the best design. Finally the virtual reality showroom blew us away. Samantha was able to take our 3D design and allow us to be in the space. It really made me comfortable that we had made the correct choices before signing our contract. Samantha continued to follow up after the contract was signed and even came by on install day. Darius, the install lead, did a wonderful job with the install - polite, hard worker and a steady hand. I would recommend Inspired Closest of Jacksonville to others and we will probably be calling them in the future for garage installation.
